1. Services Provided

Nutrivive Consulting Ltd. provides nutrition counseling and consulting services. All services are performed by or under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.

4. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for specific details regarding fees.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
